ANZAC Day

West Melton will host an ANZAC Day Remembrance this Tuesday April 25.

The ceremony will take place at the ANZAC Monument at West Melton School, starting at 10am. The public are encouraged to assemble from 9:45.

The service will be lead by Head Students of West Melton School and include representatives of the New Zealand Army, the Darfield Youth Orchestra and lone piper. All are welcome to attend, to remember those fallen and lay their poppies. Please stay for a hot drink following the service.

The School Wharenui Hall, adjacent to the ANZAC Monument will be used for the service if wet.
