Jazz at the markets

This Saturday March 7, the Darfield High School Jazz Band will be playing at the West Melton Markets!

The band is raising funds for their trip to the Southern Jam Youth Jazz Festival in Blenheim in August.  The band is lead by Darfield High School’s Music HOD and local West Melton resident Mrs Rachel Balchin with students ranging for 13 – 16 years of age who’ve been playing together for several years now.

So come on down, grab a coffee and some produce, and enjoy the music at the St. Pauls Church from 10am.
